We’re a no drama operation – everyone is on a first name basis, and there’s no office politics to deal with since we believe in a flat organizational structure. We all work from home (so no formal dress code!) with flexible workday hours (no time tracking here!), and work life balance is something we firmly believe in.

And even though we work from home, our office space is always available for team meetings, face-to-face collaboration, or even a change in scenery. When you’re there you’ll be treated to snacks on the house, a company library, and even a nap room to get the creativity flowing!
